You have 90 days from when you receive your Premium Mask Kit to exchange it for a different size.
DO NOT OPEN ANY OF THE PLASTIC BAGS BEFORE CHECKING FOR PROPER FIT!
Once the bags are opened, we have to charge a 20% cleaning and restocking fee.
HOW TO CHECK FOR PROPER SIZE, WITHOUT OPENING THE BAGS.
- The mask body is packaged in a loose fitting bag that allows you to check the fit without opening the bag.
- If it is not already this way, push the bag into the mask so that you can try it on.
- Take a deep breath first because you will not be able to breathe because of the plastic bag.
- Hold the mask up against your face. It should fit comfortably with the bottom fitting below your chin and the top at the bridge of your nose.
- There should be no gap between your chin and the bottom of the mask.
- If you breathe out gently while holding the mask firmly against your face, it should not easily leak.
