How often can I use LiveO2?

We usu­al­ly rec­om­mend start­ing with once per day as part of a nor­mal exer­cise program.

That said — some of our users with aggres­sive health goals train on LiveO2 up to 3x per day. These users report pro­por­tion­al­ly accel­er­at­ed results.

We always advise start­ing easy and work­ing up. Your start­ing work­out should be con­sis­tent with your lev­el of basic fit­ness. If you haven’t worked out in a while, our nor­mal begin­ner work­out is 15 min­utes or less using most­ly oxygen.

As you get stronger, you can increase the inten­si­ty, fre­quen­cy and dura­tion of your train­ing sessions.

Over­train­ing with LiveO2 is unlike­ly. Most users reach and main­tain extra­or­di­nary fit­ness lev­els with 5 ses­sions per week which are become most­ly hypox­ic (-O2) with brief oxy­gen recov­ery peri­ods (+O2) of a few seconds. 

When you have a “poor” LiveO2 train­ing ses­sion it usu­al­ly means your body is fight­ing an infec­tion and your immune sys­tem is using energy. 

An excep­tion to this is from very aggres­sive hypox­ic train­ing (More than 30 min­utes on ‑O2) — if your per­for­mance begins to fall-off then take a day or two off to recover.
