What if I order the wrong size Premium Mask?

CHECK YOUR MASK FOR PROPER FIT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

You have 14 days from when you receive your Pre­mi­um Mask Kit to exchange it for a dif­fer­ent size.

DO NOT OPEN ANY OF THE PLASTIC BAGS BEFORE CHECKING FOR PROPER FIT!

Once the bags are opened, we have to charge a 20% clean­ing and restock­ing fee.

HOW TO CHECK FOR PROPER SIZE, WITHOUT OPENING THE BAGS.

  • The mask body is pack­aged in a loose fit­ting bag that allows you to check the fit with­out open­ing the bag.  
  • If it is not already this way, push the bag into the mask so that you can try it on.  
  • Take a deep breath first because you will not be able to breathe because of the plas­tic bag.  
  • Hold the mask up against your face.  It should fit com­fort­ably with the bot­tom fit­ting below your chin and the top at the bridge of your nose.
  • There should be no gap between your chin and the bot­tom of the mask.
  • If you breathe out gen­tly while hold­ing the mask firm­ly against your face, it should not eas­i­ly leak.
