    LiveO2 sup­ports upgrades with a trade-in cred­it pol­i­cy. Cal­cu­late your sys­tem’s trade-in val­ue by mul­ti­ply­ing your actu­al sys­tem price paid times the Trade In Value %.

    Trade-In Cred­it Allowance

    A trade-in means exchang­ing a prod­uct you pur­chased ear­li­er for cred­it toward oth­er LiveO2 prod­ucts or train­ing ser­vices. A Trade-in does not mean that LiveO2 will cash buy back an old system.

    Exclusions & Notes

    Only System Price Included

    Masks and sup­port items are exclud­ed from exchange credit. 

    Only sys­tem price in your orig­i­nal sys­tem price, less all dis­counts, will be used to cal­cu­late the trade-in value.

    Less than Hours Adjustment

    If your sys­tem has been heav­i­ly used the Less than Hours will be used to advance the pur­chase date the appro­pri­ate age. Trade in % instead of the pur­chase date. 

    Return Shipping

    Nor­mal­ly you will use your new-sys­tem pack­ag­ing to return your old sys­tem com­po­nents. We will cre­ate a sup­port tick­et to man­age the return process for your old system.

    Account Credit

    Once we receive your old sys­tem, we will refund the trade-in cred­it to your new sys­tem purchase.
