Diagnose Conference Error

NotAllowedError

Your brows­er report­ed that access to cam­era or micro­phone was denied.
Some browsers deny access to your until you cor­rect them in your settings.

Safari — iPhone & iPad

Some ver­sions iPhone and iPad browsers deny cam­era or micro­phone per­mis­sion even when the user says yes.

You can get it to work by forc­ing per­mis­sion to allow until Apple updates the oper­at­ing sys­tem to fix this bug. You may need to to this for both the Cam­era and Micro­phone.

This error occurs when brows­er fails to access your com­put­er’s micro­phone. This occurs when on com­put­ers which lack micro­phones or which have bug­gy browsers. If you’re on a cell phone click-to-dial now:
